What's up Fam What a crazy weekend Saw Chuck Brown & NSO on the Capital Lawn 1st time in history, this type of event has been performed on the Capital Lawn. The NSO did a great job honoring our past and especially rocking Chuck Brown last“Whined me up Chuck” & he did at 75 Yrs of age the man still got it. Happy Birthday God Father of Go-Go.
He took me back to the good ole elementary and high school days were we used to drive to Cross Creek in Warrenton for Go- Go music. Big Shot- out to Doug e Fresh for coming out to show Chuck's Love & all the others Go-Go's Bands and Clubs The Before & Afterward EU, Trouble Funk, Junk Yard, & RIP Little Benny You would have been Proud.
Now we wait to see who emerges as the next big Go-Go band sensation. It's a lot of good talent in the DMV.
